St. Ebba’s Church

We are extremely lucky at Ebchester C of E Primary School to have a great
relationship with our local church – St. Ebba’s. A 2 minute walk away gives us easy access to host our services, practice school performances and to enrich our RE learning.

Unfortunately, St. Ebba’s is currently without an incumbent, however, we are
fortunate to have an excellent relationship with the parish team who continue to support and develop the relationship we have with the church community.

Ebchester PTA

Ebchester CE Primary School PTA has been running since February 2020 and in that time they have held many fundraising events to support our school. These include Halloween Discos, Christmas Fairs, Easter Egg Hunts and Summer Fairs.

During this time, they have raised a great deal of money and have been able to provide new reading books for the whole school, resources for classrooms and pay for the buses for the whole school trips.
Caroline Walker (Benjamin & Xander’s Mam) is the Chairperson if anyone would like any more information.

‘We are a small group of parents and grandparents who meet about once a half term to plan fundraising and fun events for the school. We are always on the lookout for more volunteers, however, if you don’t feel you can commit all year, but would like to help out at a specific event please let us know.’ Caroline

St. Mary’s Convent

St. Mary’s Convent is a residential care home located in Ebchester. Pupils visit the home regularly to chat to residents, enjoy art and crafts activities and singing Christmas carols together.
